This is the 2019 Bindlestiff Theme song for the Quarantine Livestream. The show was hosted by Keith Nelson (aka Mr. Pennygaff), Bindlestiff Family Cirkus co-founder, amidst a global Covid-19 pandemic.
The show brought together a rotating cast from around the globe to a virtual stage and an audience tuning in from far and wide.
The track is an instrumental collaboration by Peter Bufano and SXIP Shirey, two composers with long histories with Bindlestiff Cirkus and the circus arts community in general. The two multi-instrumentalists worked remotely, sending recordings back and forth, a process made necessary by the pandemic in 2019.
